That's So Sweet specialises in custom Swiss Meringue Buttercream cakes. Although buttercream is the base of our cakes, we work with different elements to achieve the end result.

Elements we work with but not limited to are: wafer paper, edible images, fondant, flowers etc

Size Guide

Our standard cakes are 4 layers of cake and filled with your chosen filling. Which roughly end up between 6"-8" in height.
We do offer height options of Extended (6 layers) or Double Barrel (8 layers).
Our serving recommendation is Coffee Serves (1" x 1") and cutting the cake down to two layers of cake. Giving you the most portions out of your cake.

Whether it's Card Stock, Acrylic or Fondant Toppers, we have your needs met. In house we create custom card stock and fondant cake topper. For those acrylic beauties we out source to our amazing friend Antonia at Treasure This. We do all the hard work for you, just give us a few details and leave the rest to us.
