By purchasing from That’s so Sweet, you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined below. Once an order is placed, we reserve the right to refuse any adjustment and alterations to the order.

Payment

Orders are only secure when full payment has been received.

Refund and Cancellations

We understand that things happen that are out of your control, and in this instance, we request you contact us via email to discuss your options. We require at least one week notice for all postponements, and a new order date will be offered subject to availability. If you cancel your booking within seven (7) days of the confirmed pick-up/delivery/shipping date, your total order amount will be forfeited.

We do not issue refunds once your order has been placed.

That’s so Sweet has the right to cancel or decline an order if the needs cannot be met. Any monies paid will be refunded.

Shipping, Local Delivery and Pick Up

When proceeding to the checkout you will be asked to select how you wish to receive your sweets, (Shipped/ Local Delivery or Pick up) and to select a date. Dates shown in the calendar are as per live availability and can change from day to day.

For all Shipping please select your preferred DISPATCH date. This is NOT the arrival date, it is the date on which your order will be sent. The calendar will show the next available date your cookies can be sent. Due to delays caused by Australia Post, we are unable to provide arrival estimates at this time.

For Pick Up and Local Delivery please select the date you wish to receive your sweets on. Pick up is available on most weekdays and Local Delivery is only available on Fridays and Saturdays. Confirmation of time of pick up or delivery will be communicated via email or text the day prior to your selected date.

Shipping Rate

That’s so Sweet ships Australia-wide - with the exclusion of cupcake products, with Australia Post.

Our shipping rates are based on weight, and we offer both Standard and Express Shipping options.

Standard Shipping (2 to 8 business days) rates:

• 0-.500kg = $10.00
• .501kg-1kg = $13.00
• 1.001kg and up = $17.00

Express Shipping (1 to 4 business days) rates:

• 0-.500kg = $13.00
• .501kg-1kg = $17.00
• 1.001kg and up = $22.00

For reference, our most common cookie box is our Medium size which contains 6 cookies. This sits in the .501-1kg weight range.

Local Delivery Rate

That’s so Sweet is currently servicing a 20km radius of Botanic Ridge, Victoria on Fridays and Saturdays for all local deliveries. Confirmation of time of delivery will be communicated via email or text the day prior to your selected date.

Local delivery is a FLAT rate of $10.00.

Pick Up Rate

Pick up is available on most weekdays from That's so Sweet kitchen in Botanic Ridge. Confirmation of time of pick up will be communicated via email or text the day prior to your selected date.

Storage

Cupcakes

Cupcakes are best consumed the day of collection or delivery and served at room temperature. We recommend keeping the Red Velvet and Lemon Buttercake flavours in the fridge due to their fillings. Just be sure to take them out early to enjoy at room temperature!

Handy tips:

• During the cooler months, cupcakes can be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 2 days
• During the warmer months, cupcakes should be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Do note, storing cupcakes in the fridge can cause them to dry out, so it is recommended they are consumed sooner rather than later.

Cookies

All of That’s so Sweet’s cookies are custom made to order, providing you the freshest cookies. Each cookie is individually heat sealed (unless otherwise specified) and includes a best before date to consume within 4 weeks.

Handy tips:

• Keeping them in the heat sealed packaging means our cookies can last for up to 4 weeks
• If you requested cookies not to be heat sealed, store them in an air-tight container for up to 4 weeks

Colours & Design

All colours are hand mixed by That’s so Sweet. Due to this, we cannot guarantee 100% uniformity in colours from order to order, however, we do our best to meet all customer colour requests.

Our sweets are handmade, and variations may occur from cookie to cookie or cupcake to cupcake.

Allergy Information

Our products contain gluten, dairy and may contain traces of nuts.

While That's so Sweet Cookies and Cupcakes are not made with nut products, they are made in a kitchen with other food products which may contain nuts.
