Refund policy

Cakes orders

Cancellation prior to 14 days of collection results in a $50 admin fee, plus any custom made items eg: toppers, will be charged accordingly. The remaining will be refunded. Please allow time for your refund to be processed.

Cancellation within the 14 days of collection will be charged the full amount, cake made and collection required.

Cookies and Cupcake orders

Cancellation prior to 14 days of collection results in a 30% admin fee, plus any custom made items eg: toppers, will be charged accordingly. The remaining will be refunded. Please allow time for your refund to be processed.

Cancellation within the 14 days of collection, Cookies and Cupcakes will be made and collection required.

Postponing/ Refund orders

We understand that things happen that are out of your control, and the uncertainty of the current climate (COVID) you may be required to postpone your order. We request you contact us via email info@thatssosweet.com.au, to discuss your options.

New requested date will be subject to availability.

That’s so Sweet has the right to cancel or decline an order if the needs cannot be met.

If you are not totally satisfied with your product/s, please email us info@thatssosweet.com.au, and return product/s within 24hours. It will be assessed by That's so Sweet before any sort of refund will be considered.
