How do I enquire?

A quote will be emailed within 3 - 5 days. Quotes are only valid for 7 days.

Due to amount of enquiries coming through we are now, no longer taking orders via Direct Message through Instagram and Facebook.

How do I secure my order?

Purchasing via our website, all payment is payed at time of check out. Like any other online shopping.

For quoted custom/ corporate orders conditions of payment are as stated on the quote.

What if I need to cancel or postpone?

What are my collection options?

There are a few ways that you can get That's so Sweet treats into your hands:

  • Pre-arranged pick up is available from Botanic Ridge on most days. Confirmation of time of pick up will be communicated via email or DM the week of your collection date.
  • Local Delivery is available Tuesday through to Thursday*  (within a 20km radius of Botanic Ridge, Victoria) for a flat rate of $20. Confirmation of time of delivery will be communicated via email or DM the day prior to your selected date. *There are times when this will be unavailable.
  • Australia-wide postage (cookie orders only)

What is a Pre-Order?

That's so Sweet offer gift sets/boxes which will be available for pre-order ahead of major holidays or events, such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Teacher Appreciation Day etc. The design of the gift sets/boxes are as displayed and no alterations can be made, unless stated otherwise by That's so Sweet. Pre-Orders must be received online by the nominated cut-off date, with relevant pick-up and delivery information specified. Full payment is required to secure your order.

Why is there colour & design variations?

All colours are hand mixed by That’s so Sweet. Due to this, we cannot guarantee 100% uniformity in colours from order to order, however, we do our best to meet all customer colour requests. Our sweets are handmade, and variations may occur from cookie to cookie or cupcake to cupcake.

What are you Cupcake sizes and flavours?

Our Cupcakes are available in the following sizes:

  • 1/2 dozen (6)
  • 1 dozen (12)
  • Mini's (24)
  • Individually Boxed (min. 6)

Our Cupcake flavours are currently:

  • Fluffy Vanilla
  • Chocolate
  • Chocolate Mud
  • White Chocolate Mud
  • Red Velvet with Cream Cheese filling
  • Lemon Butter Cake with Lemon Curd filling

Can I add additional items to my Cupcakes?

Of course you can, who doesn't love the extra touch.

For fondant toppers, simply order online.

For other extra's please complete our online Enquiry Form. Completing our enquiry form assists in providing the information required to give you an accurate quote.

Additional items may include: Fondant Moulds, Personalised Sugar Cookie/s, Fondant Cupcake Toppers, Acyclic Toppers or Plaques, Macarons, Dried Flowers, the list is endless.
