At That’s so Sweet, we proudly ship custom cookies and cakes Australia-wide from our council-registered Melbourne kitchen. Please read our dispatch and delivery information carefully before placing your order.

Responsibility for Damages

That’s so Sweet does not take responsibility for any damages that may occur during shipping or while transporting your order from our kitchen to your destination.

How to Receive Your Sweets

Checkout Process

When you check out, you’ll be prompted to choose your delivery method—Pick Up or Shipping—and select your preferred date using our live calendar. Dates shown reflect current availability and may change daily.

Shipping Orders

• Select Your Dispatch Date:
  The dispatch date is the day your order leaves our Melbourne bakery, not the delivery/arrival date.
• Australia Post Delays:
  Due to Australia Post delays, we cannot guarantee arrival dates.
• Express Shipping Only:
  All orders are sent via Express Shipping for the fastest delivery.

Pick Up & Local Delivery

• Pick Up:
  Available most weekdays and weekends from our Botanic Ridge kitchen. Select your pick-up date at checkout. We’ll confirm your pick-up time via email or text the week of your order.
• Local Delivery:
  Available Tuesdays to Thursdays (when offered). Select your delivery date at checkout. We’ll confirm your delivery time the day prior via email or text.

Shipping Rates (Australia-Wide, Excluding Cupcakes)

All orders are shipped via Express Post for speed and reliability.

Weight Range = Express Shipping Rate
0.000kg – 0.500kg = $15.00
0.501kg – 0.999kg = $18.95
1.000kg – 2.99kg = $24.95
3.000kg and up = $32.95

*Example: A 10-cookie box is typically 0.501kg–0.999kg; a 2-cookie pack is 0.000kg–0.500kg. Rates apply Australia-wide.

Pick up is free of charge from That’s so Sweet, Botanic Ridge, Melbourne. We’ll confirm your pick-up time by email or text.
